Sprouted barley grass and wheat grass are the most alkaline species of grass around. They contain the whole spectrum of natural vitamins, alkaline minerals such as potassium iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus, essential amino acids, antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase and much more.
