The Studio is located above The Health Workshop and perfect for smaller classes. The studio is big enough for 10 yoga mats so booking is essential. Classes including yoga &meditation run at different times throughout the week and are taught by local qualified instructors.
Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, with options being given throughout the practice so you can personalize to your needs. Listen to your own body, knowing when you can push yourself further and when to ease back. What to expect
Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in to the class before we start. You will need to bring your own yoga mat and any props you would like to use such as blocks or belts. You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please wear comfortable clothing that you are able to move freely in, such as leggings, but be mindful not to wear anything with zips. you will also need to ensure you remove all jewelry to prevent injuries. It is also advised to not eat a big meal up to two hours before class.
