A hidden gem in Ashby! The range of stock is amazing, they’ve never not had something I’ve needed. The ladies that run it are so knowledgable and nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have recommendations on what would be best. My husbands digestion has improved massively since taking on their advice.
Highly recommended!

The Health Workshop in Ashby is the go to store for anything that ails you. If you are looking for advice or recommendations regarding supplements, the owners are very knowledgeable and always happy to help! Don't miss out on their yummy chocolate selection either!
