Directions
For adults and children aged 12+ take 1 capsule twice daily. Children aged 6-12 years take 1 capsule daily.
For intensive support, for example if you are vegan and have not supplemented DHA and EPA recently, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules daily to provide a loading dose, after which a normal maintenance dose can be resumed. For optimal absorption, take with food, in split daily doses.
