Ingredients
A Vogel Menopause Support is a herbal dietary supplement designed to support menopausal women.
Each tablet includes:
- 405 mg tri-magnesium dicitrate anhydrous
- 42 mg soy bean extract (60% isoflavones)
- 35 mg hibiscus extract
- 0.25 mg vervain essential oil
Additional ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, beetroot juice powder, and vegetable-sourced magnesium stearate.

Each tablet contains 56.7 mg of elemental magnesium. Two tablets provide 30% of the adult EC recommended daily allowance (RDA).
Directions
- Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food.
- Children: Not suitable for children.
