The Gourmet Mix makes the most of the nutrients offered by the combination of Rocket, White Radish and Lentil. Enjoy this satisfying and nutritious sprouting mix in just a few days. Your sprouts can be added to hot dishes, but please do so just before serving. That way less of the nutrients are lost and their retain their crunch. We also sell large 500g bags of Organic Quinoa.
Contents of Pack:
Organically grown, non-GM Lentils, white radish and Arugula/Rocket seeds. (Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Instructions for Use:
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For best results sow seeds thinly. Use 2-3 tablespoons in a germinator jar or tray. Rinse the seeds twice a day whilst germinating. Germination time may vary with room temperature. Harvest once the seed has produced a significant length of stem or after 3-5 days. See photograph on packet for guidance. This 40g pack should provide enough seed for around one harvest.
