Directions
Pharma Nord recommend to take 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening with meals, to provide the following daily intake: 250mg vitamin C, 200IU vitamin E, 7.5mg beta carotene, 16mg bilberry extract, 4mg lutein, 20mg zinc and 1mg copper.
