Directions
5 ml (one teaspoon) contains 130 mg elemental magnesium, 650 mg OptiMSM, 15 mg CBD and 3mg melatonin. Apply to skin after shower or as needed to moisturise and condition. The product may change its colour during the period of use It does not alter its quality and effectiveness.
