Description
Frankincense is a woody, spicy fragrance, with a hint of lemon. It is often described as having a haunting aroma, perhaps partly referring to its historical significance during religious and spiritual ceremonies.
Ingredients
Frankincense essential oil is taken from the resin of the trees bark, so to access it incisions are made in the bark and the resin drips out in tears. This resin is then distilled to produce the essential oil.
