At the Health Workshop, we are proud to host Ellie Watt’s dynamic and inclusive yoga classes. Ellie offers a variety of group sessions (details can be found at the bottom of the page) and tailored 1:1 or small group sessions designed to meet individual needs.
Ellie’s yoga classes at the Health Workshop offer a unique blend of creative vinyasa flows with elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga. This balanced yang-yin fusion delivers both energy and relaxation, tailored to suit each individual’s body. Ellie prioritises safe alignment, combining fluid movement with breathwork to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Her sessions often include breathing exercises and meditation, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and with a positive outlook.
Ellie believes in the power of intuitive movement, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and move in ways that feel natural and empowering. She focuses on somatic movement, which prioritises the internal experience and how the body feels, rather than focusing on external appearance. Her goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming space where everyone can feel confident and free, both in body and mind.
Whether you’re attending her classes in person or online, Ellie’s warm, down-to-earth approach makes you feel as though you’re practising with a friend. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or in need of some quiet time for yourself, her classes provide the perfect environment to reconnect and restore balance. Under Ellie’s guidance, a regular yoga practice can be truly transformative for your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
